Knocking Around Greenwich

A few pictures of some interesting things I saw on a walk through Greenwich before I went to the equestrian event.

Apparently in England (and Europe), Amazon doesn't necessarily make deliveries directly to your home; sometimes you have to go pick them up somewhere in your community (this one was in a grocery store).  They deliver your item to a locker and provide you with a code.  You enter the code and the door to your locker opens up.

You always see cars in England that you don't see back in the states.  Can't say that I've ever seen a car like this back at home.  It's a Barbus.

England's always great for interesting street signs.  Who would think there would ever be an itinerant ice cream sales problem?

No trip to Greenwhich would be complete with out finding the Prime Meridian.

Just an ordinary store you think?

No!  Based on it's longitude, it claims to be the first shop in the world.  Of course, one of the shops on either side of it could then also claim to be the last shop in the world.
